Not usually, and not by default. We often work alongside a client's existing bankers or counsel, taking the strategic and coordination role that's typically missing rather than displacing relationships that are already working.

It depends on scope, a single diagnostic looks different from a multi-month capital raise or a standing advisory retainer. We scope and quote per engagement after the first conversation, not off a rate card.

For time-sensitive situations, a crisis, a covenant issue, a leadership gap mid-transaction, we can typically begin within days. Standard engagements usually start within one to two weeks of an initial conversation.
