Built for the full arc of a decision, not one piece of it.
Most companies end up with a fragmented set of advisors: a strategy consultant for the big questions, a banker for the raise, a law firm for the deal, a PR firm for the narrative, and no single advisor who was in the room for all of it. StratQuent exists because that fragmentation is expensive. Decisions made in isolation from execution, and execution disconnected from how the market and the public receive it, is where value gets lost.
Founding story
StratQuent was founded by Zack Mukewa, who spent two decades building and running capital markets, investor relations, and corporate development functions inside public companies, institutional platforms, and global organizations before founding the firm to do that work independently, across a broader set of disciplines and a broader set of clients.
Philosophy
We're industry agnostic by design. We don't sell a sector playbook, we work from what the situation in front of us actually requires. A capital raise looks different from a reputational crisis, which looks different from a governance overhaul, and the firm's job is to bring the right discipline and the right people to the specific problem, not force-fit a template.
What sets the firm apart
Founder-Led
Every mandate is shaped directly by Zack Mukewa, Founder and CEO, not handed off to junior staff.
Industry Agnostic
No fixed sector playbook. We work from what the situation actually requires.
Full-Spectrum
Finance, communications, and corporate consulting, under one roof, not split across advisors who don't talk to each other.
Beyond the Transaction
We stay through the operating and reputational work that follows a raise, a deal, or an announcement, not just the moment itself.
